German Dyzenchauz, CEO and Co-Founder at GOintegro, says there is a strong tendency towards the digitalization of the Human Resources area, driven by corporate /internal social networks.
Guided by concepts such as social, mobile, data analysis and flexibility, this trend grows stronger all around the world. Growth expectations for this industry during the years to come double the current figures, both in terms of number of users as in market value. Latin America is also part of this move, and is the third region with largest growth in internal social networks on a global scale.
Due to the fact that updating technological tools is cheaper than in the past, Dyzenchauz states that small, medium and large companies can access this technology. These are good news, particularly considering that outdated IT systems lead to greater costs and they usually do not align with business needs.
As regards the kind of technology, the world trend is focusing on mobile technology. According to the expert, the reason is that employees are more diverse and are no longer interested in formats with little customization. Therefore, it is not only a matter of speed, reach or expectations within the labour market.
For the Human Resources department, this means that executives need to find new ways to communicate with employees, a challenge that can be easily overcome with a mobile strategy.
Considering that technological updating is imminent, Dyzenchauz points out that the important thing is to invest in proper technology for the business goals, the expectations of workers and the needs of the area.
