Grupo Arcor launched the six edition of the program Young Entrepreneurs and the Apprenticeships Program 2017
With the goal of hiring professionals with high potential of development and to preserve the excellent quality of their resources as a competitive advantage, Grupo Arcor announced the launching of the 2017 edition of the annual program Young Entrepreneurs. The Group expects to hire 20 young professional to work in the areas of Marketing, Trade Marketing, Administration y Production, Maintenance y Logistics. In addition, Arcor presented its Apprenticeships Program, through which students can live a working experience within a multinational company and put theory into practice.

In this new edition of the program Young Entrepreneurs, Grupo Arcor will invite to participate young people, up to 27 years old, who graduated in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Environmental, Chemistry and Food), Accountancy, Business Administration, Marketing and Commercialization. The company offers good hiring conditions, such as: lodging in the places assigned for one year, trips to the city the candidate is from and medical coverage. The recruiting procedure will extend until June 2017 and can be accessed .
Since its creation, the program Young Entrepreneurs has hired over 100 new employees in Argentina, and the experience has been repeated in different countries of the region, such as Chile and Brazil.
As regards the , Arcor is looking for students who are in their 3rd and 4th year in the majors of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Environmental, Chemistry and Food), Accountancy, Business Administration, Marketing and Commercialization, Human Resources, Law, Communication, Economics, and courses of study linked to massive consumption. The recruitment process shall start in February and will be opened during the entire year, with different entering dates. The Apprenticeship will have a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of renewing for 6 extra months.
In 2016, Arcor moved forward to the 4th place in the Ranking “Empresa de los Sueños”, developed by the firm Cía. de Talentos, which every year identifies that most wanted companies among young people who are starting their professional career. In addition, this year the company achieved the 2nd place in the ranking Merco Talento, which evaluates the companies that attract and retain talent.
