During the Chilean Congress of Customer Care and Contact Center 2015, the Chilean Association of Call Center Companies, became the new member of the  Latin American Alliance of Organisations for Interaction with Clients (ALOIC).

ALOIC  is a non-profit association, created in 2012 to consolidate the project thought by four regional partners of integrating the market by exchanging knowledge. These partners are Clienting Group (Argentina), Grube Editorial (Brazil), Colombian Association of Contact Centers & BPO (Colombia) and the Mexican Institute of Telecommunication Services (Mexico).

The Chilean Association of Call Center companies includes leading companies within the industry and was created establishing goals to satisfy clients, member companies, the community and authorities.
