Increasing the productivity and investment in infrastructure are the main challenges.
“ A lot of things are going to happen in the next ten years and a third of our economies could get the conditions of development that European countries such as Portugal had before the crisis” said Luis Alberto Moreno, President of Interamerican Bank of Development (IDB).
“To make this happen, we need to make decisions right now and adopt some measures, such as increasing productivity and investing in infrastructure”, remarked.
