Pontoon and hyphen have completed their merger announced in October 2015. Pontoon will now serve as the global HR outsourcing brand for Adecco Group. Through the merger, Pontoon begins 2016 as a strengthened global leader with close to 1,500 employees, an increased client base and expanded HR outsourcing services. The merger also solidifies Pontoon’s stronghold in the EMEA market and particularly a source of strength in the UK, where hyphen previously operated for Adecco.

Through the integration of hyphen into Pontoon, Adecco has consolidated its two highly regarded MSP and RPO providers into a unified global operation.

With about 1,500 global colleagues and more than 150 clients, operating in 92 countries, Pontoon has grown significantly since being introduced to the market in January 2013. The brand has also celebrated several key new client wins of late, and along with the hyphen merger, position Pontoon strongly entering 2016.
