In an unprecedented global historical moment, we are seeking leaders for the 21st century.

We are living in an exciting historical moment. This statement by no means implies a naive, senselessly optimistic view, detached from reality. It is true that we face numerous challenges. It is also true that we live in a perm crisis, and moreover, it is a time of polycrisis. What is also true is that never before have so many opportunities manifested together; never before has the convergence of knowledge, technologies, scientific advances, diverse skill acquisition possibilities, and various formats of engaging with a world of work in which national borders seem to dissolve, converged in the way they are a reality within our reach today.
Some theorists have used the acronym BANI to describe the current world. A fragile world, with high anxiety, non-linear, and often incomprehensible. Experts have disappeared; all knowledge disciplines are changing. Open-mindedness is a basic condition for navigating a path that is not defined, but must be built. A spectacular challenge for alchemists, for those who enjoy creativity.
Artificial intelligence is already transforming into a great co-pilot, and its evolution will further enhance this relationship.
The problem is not artificial intelligence. As we all know, the problems are related to human stupidity. And fundamentally, by the actions of Artificial Humans, superficial, shallow, and disconnected from people.
Former Risk Managers should understand that the real risk is not quickly becoming adept Uncertainty Navigators capable of embracing diversity in all its forms and, with it, inclusion.
Almost like a grand global talent search, we are looking for new leaders. Individuals capable of understanding individualities as the foundation for building high-performance, resilient teams with massive transformative purpose. Exploratory leaders, capable of designing virtuous and flexible teams, with a capacity for permanent adaptation. People who love and encourage dialogue, with listening skills, with humility to accept diverse perspectives and contributions from all, with a vocation to learn how to unlearn and relearn and turn it into a shared value, a basic variable, crucial for social innovation.
The leaders we seek are human and humanistic. Regenerative, focused on people, with relational transparency and moral perspective.
It is a very challenging search because, in addition, candidates must be inspiring, pragmatic, and visionary. Moreover, they must be transformational and innovative; we would even like them to seek disruption, even if they do not achieve it.
Agile leaders who understand that talent is a much scarcer asset than capital. Empathetic, intuitive, creative, with the ability to improvise and assertive and inspirational communication.
Leaders are wanted. Never before has there been so much reward
