There are several staffing markets around the world that are growing at a faster rate than the already mature American market. However, there are differences based on culture, language, legislation, that must be taken into account when developing an international development.
With this goal in mind and with the idea of creating a relaxed environment to consult with experts, simultaneous Regional Roundtables were organized at Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum. With no need of having a passport or getting on a plane, several opportunities in Latin America, Japan, Ireland, Australia, Germany or Canada could be explored at the Arizona Biltmore.
If we add to this idea that the chance of, for example, getting to know the Australian market by the hand of an expert such as Rod Hore included tasting a Cabernet Sauvignon of the Barossa Valley; that understanding the Italian market with the help of Francesca Vasallo –Todaro enabled you to enjoy a Prosecco and that taking a look into the Latin American market with Martin Padulla comprised savouring a Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina, the plan was actually outstanding.
Clearly an interesting dynamic to keep on promoting a market in an increasingly global market.
