Panorama, the global group of independent executive search firms has announced the addition of a new partner: EXEC, a Brazilian independent search firm.

Both firms are long standing members of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).

EXEC is a young company, founded in 2009 as a boutique consultancy whose services include search and selection and leadership and organisational advisory. Co-managed by an Advisory Board, it is said to be the only independent consultancy with this governance in Brazil.

It has offices in São Paulo, Campinas and Rio de Janeiro and has according to Panorama experienced a period of unprecedented growth which has accelerated its plans to open offices in other countries within South America. –
