PAE, the multilatina provider of Human Capital solutions with presence in 12 countries in the region, launched a permanent Human Capital Survey with a weighting of management priorities with perspectives for the next 6 months.

130 leading companies in Argentina presented the most relevant issues through a semi-structured questionnaire answered by the main HR referents of these companies.

SEL CONSULTORES is in charge of the technical direction of the project. The sample is made up of 57% of production companies and 43% of service companies; 55% have a staff of up to 1000 employees and 45% have more than 1000 employees.

There is an accentuated valuation of priorities in service companies over production companies in the following topics:

Retaining key talent, Employee Experience and Skill, Establishing competitive salary policy and Developing the employer brand.

In terms of priorities according to the size of the staffs of the companies surveyed, the largest employers highlighted: involving HR management in the business results, fostering the emotional well-being of employees and developing a sense of belonging.

PAE announced that the frequency of the survey will be every four months and that it will be the key tool to identify the priority and current issues in Human Capital.
