The former Microsoft Director will face the challenge of modernizing public management. She has over 25 years of professional experience mainly in the information technology Industry (IT), as well as in financial and fabrication services.

Before working for Microsoft, Baqué worked 10 years at EDS – Electronic Data Systems-, a Hewlett Packard subsidiary, where she was the Director of ITO Services (Information Technology Outsourcing) and leaded the Infrastructure Services Team in Argentina for local and off shore clients.

Prior to that she managed the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Services area, where she managed the subcontracting of functions of business process in internal or external providers, usually less expensive or more efficient.

Baqué has experience in operations management and process reengineering and was Director of Operations at Metlife Argentina, Credit Operational Manager at HSBC Bank Argentina; and Operations Manager of HSBC Máxima AFJP.

Previously Baqué leaded the reengineering program of La Buenos Aires Seguros and held IT positions in the automotive company Sevel (Fiat and Peugeot).
