Xavier Aragay Tusell has over 25 years of experience in leadership, change management and education innovation in universities and schools. He founded, with Gabriel Ferraté, the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and was its Director for twelve years. He was also the General Director of Fundació Jesuites Educació (FJE), where he designed and leaded the project Horizonte 2020.
Currently, he is the director of Reimagine Education Lab and on September 2017 he published the book called Reimagining education: 21 keys to transform school.
