Ayumi Kunori will be the new global CEO of Adecco for a month. She has overcome several test and recruiting procedures that have define her as the most suitable young woman for the job in the world.

The Japanese girl will be working shoulder to shoulder with Alain Dehaze, global CEO of Adecco, managing the international company that has 32.000 employees and revenues for 19.500 million euros.

The project CEO for a month is a part of the program Adecco Way to Work. The goal of this program is to help young people enter the labour market by working on their employability. The program includes four projects: Redgeneración, Adecco Experience, Adecco Employment Workshops and CEO for a month.

The CEO for a month project is developed on an annual basis in every country where Adecco has operations and has two phases. An initial phase in which each country selected the best suited young person among thousands of youngsters to become CEO of the company on a national level. This high level working experience enables the CEO for a month to improve his/her employability by working with the local CEO, attending meetings, designing strategies and developing skills such as: leadership, team management and communicational skills, among others. In addition, the person can add to his/her resume his/her experience as CEO.

In the second phase the best suited and trained youngster in the world is chosen to become the global CEO of Adecco for a month. In this stage, national CEOs go through new selection processes that determine who is the person who has the necessary skills to be appointed as president. The real context of operations is always considered: managing 32.000 employees in over 60 countries for a company with annual revenues around 19.500 million euros. The selected person, besides living a unique experience, earns 15.000 euros per month.
