On March 6 – 7 2019, the World Employment Confederation- WEC Global, together with ASEMPLEO, will develop the first strategic Ibero-American dialogue on employment. For two days, experts will analyse the labour market, exchange their experiences and good practices, and toil on synergies to develop social innovation as a key factor of the future of work.
Efforts will focus on identifying common features and develop relationships among Latin American countries and Spain. In addition, there will be an analysis on the trends that make up the new world of work, as well as the challenges that employment firms face in a global level given the ever changing new labour environment.
Furthermore, Martin Padulla will be launching FOWiberoamerica, a collaborative platform to co-create the future of work and education.
