Director of Operations for Manpower Group Central America, Alberto Alesi, explained during a press conference that the net growth trend of employment supply in Latin America is leaded by Panama, with a 2% increase when compared to the same period in 2014 and 1% growth when compared to the first trimester 2015.
In America, the countries that follow Panama are the United States (16%), Colombia (15%), Mexico and Guatemala (11%), Canada and Costa Rica (10%), Peru (8%), Argentina (3%) and Brazil (-1%).
According to the survey, which is conducted in 42 countries and territories, among 65.000 surveyed people, Panama is right behind Taiwan (45%), India (38%) and Japan (19%) in the world ranking. Also, among the top 10 there is another Latin American country, Colombia, with 15% employment creation expectations.
