To gain a position the Project must go through a selection process, it must be very interesting and there has to be money to invest on it. Once people are in, they learn management, marketing and finances from professors and consultants of the University for a period of time that may not be longer than three years. After obtaining the necessary tools and knowledge, these young entrepreneurs leave the incubator and start their own businesses.
