In this article we will deepen , in the latter, to provide their recognition and attribution.
Personal skills for employment or vocational skills encompass :
what a person KNOW (knowledge) , what a person KNOWS TO DO ( the skill, practice ) and how the person IS ( their attitudes, values, knowledge to be ) .
Beeing given the importance that companies and society in general print on the attitudes to search for work and to develop a profession , the social researchers have found a relationship between behavior and attitudinal component of skills. In turn, they have been linked to the adequacy and performance of specific jobs . Which one do you have?

– You own a bargaining power , when you identify your own needs and of the other part, when you value , as objectively as possible , the effects of the positions of both partis in the development of trading.
– When you plan out your own time and the time of the people you work with to carry out the planned activities, you have an extraordinary capacity for planning and coordination.
– If you motivate a team , providing information on how they are performing the work , and highlighting what they do well , you offer a high staff development.
– Do you support and help in solving problems that arive in a team ? If so , you have a high capacity for leadership.
– When you simplify the information to easily explain what happened, your strength is the problems solving .
– If you design work methods to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the team or department , you will be enjoying a continuous improvement developed .
It is good to do this work of self-knowledge, it will guide you in your work and training schedule , will favor your job search, and enrich the sale of your professionalism .
