But, what is the workers ´opinion in this aspect?. The research Chilescopio, carried out by the consultancy company Vision Humana, researched the opinion of workers in this important issue. Specifically, they were asked if they preferred a flexible timetable or a fixed one during the week. The results show that there is not a clear preference for any of two options. 55% choose to have a flexible timetable. 40% choose a fixed timetable during the week.
Among those who voted for flexible timetable, most of them have high positions and those who work in the primary sector preferred a fixed timetable.
