The 2nd edition of the Best FirstJob Employers was developed on June 3^rd in Santiago de Chile. It was organized by FirstJob.

During the event the results of the survey Best FirstJob Employers, which was applied to 5,500 Chilean professionals under 34 years old and with at least 3 months in their current jobs.

Youngsters had to classify companies in terms of growth, experience and identity. Growth included variables such as career development, recognition and benefits. Experience comprised aspects linked to recruiting, infrastructure and working environment. Finally, identity comprehended reputation, life quality and innovation.

The winner of this year’s edition was DHL Chile, followed by Telefonica and Procter & Gamble. The rest of the companies that complete the top 10 are:  BCI (4^th place), Roche (5^th), HP (6^th), Lipigas (7^th), Colgate (8^th), Boehringer Ingelheim (9^th), and L’Oreal (10^th).

The results of the survey does not only enable companies to find out the interests and preferences of young professionals, but it also helps them develop and enhance their employer branding.
