The Chilean Trade Union Association of Temporary Services’ Companies, developed the meeting where the new board of directors, which will lead the organization until 2017, was elected.
During a meeting with major participations of members, AGEST, the association that gathers temporary services companies in Chile, renewed its’ Board of Directors. The elected Executives will lead the organization until 2017.
The new Directors of AGEST are Sara Smok, General Manager of Manpower, Juan Pablo Dañobeitía, Managing Director Alternattiva, Andrés Cardemil, CEO & Founder HumanNet, Gonzalo Rivera, General Manager Team-Work and Juan Carlos Martino, President of the Board of ECR Group
This Board of Directors shall face the challenge of strengthening Social Dialogue in a context where workers’ representatives and the government show great interest in learning more about ILO’s Convention 181 on Private Employment Agencies and articulation between private and public employment services.
