International migrations due to persecutions are a complex phenomenon. The three giants of the staffing world are part of an agreement in Argentina.

More than 165,000 people have settled in Argentina after fleeing situations of ethnic, religious, or political persecution, armed conflicts or other causes.

The three giants of the staffing world signed an agreement with the International Chamber of Commerce, the Argentine Chamber of Commerce, WeWork, Banco Ciudad, Accenture, Wix and Bubbo in order to ease decent employment opportunities, promote training instances, develop actions to promote employability, support businesses and generate dissemination and awareness of actions on the subject.

As in the rest of Latin America, this phenomenon is especially sensitive due to the diaspora in Venezuela.

According to a survey prepared by Adecco, 45% of Venezuelans who migrate to Argentina do so for job opportunities. It is the fifth host country of the Venezuelan migrant population. More than half of the 130000 Venezuelans living in Argentina arrived last year. It is a population with high qualification, more than half have university degrees and more than 15% have Masters or Postgraduate degrees.
