After closing a deal for a firm in Australia, the Japanese company would land in Latin America
According to information published by Staffing Industry Analysts, the Japanese staffing firm Outsourcing Inc. today announced that it has acquired Australia-based recruitment firm Bluefin Resources Group.
Established in 2003, Bluefin Resources provides specialist recruitment services in a range of vertical markets including: Technology, Sales, Risk, Data Analytics, Project Services, Digital, Marketing & Market Research, Tax, Wealth Management, and Banking.
Bluefin will retain its brand, all service lines, and all staff and business operations. Founder and MD James Hone will continue to lead the business.
Outsourcing has adopted an aggressive growth strategy combining organic and acquisitive growth in its target markets. The company currently operates in Australia through its Staff Solutions brand.
Richard Hayward of HHMC Global, who acted as advisor to Outsourcing Inc., said that this transaction is another positive endorsement of the Australian recruitment industry and its strong position in the global market.
Following the announcement, Outsourcing’s share price closed down 1.8% at JPY 2,348 (USD 18.86), an increase of 80.2% compared with a year ago. Based on its current share price, the company has a market value of JPY 40.9 billion (USD 328.5 million).
