Gastón Bottazzini has been appointed a new general manager of Falabella, starting on June 1st. He will be responsible for improving the company’s e-commerce strategy and sales.

The decision of moving Bottazzini from Falabella Financial, and appointing as new CEO of the company, was made after analyzing his extensive professional experience, “which has enabled his to have a deep understanding of the business and markets” where the company operates.

Bottazzini was one of the persons responsible for making it posible for Falabella to start operating in Mexico. Therefore, the board of directors is quite confident with the arrival of the new CEO.
