CNH Industrial announced changes in its Board of Directors in Latin America. Carlo Alberto Sisto will be appointed chief financial officer (CFO), position previously held by Mariano Pizzorno, who will become global responsible for the financial area of the brand IVECO, and the commercial vehicles segment.

Heberson Góes will be responsible for Financial Services in Latin America, which leads the operations of the CNH Industrial bank in the region. “These are natural changes in a team that is quite aligned with the local and global strategy of our company”, said Vilmar Fistarol, President of CNH Industrial for Latin America.

The new financial director, Carlo Alberto Sisto has been in the company for 20 years, where he started and developed his career. He has held different positions, mostly focused in the financial area in England, Rumania, France, Switzerland, and certain Asian countries. He is Italian, from the region of Turin, has a degree in Economics from the University Luigi Bocconi of Milan, a specialization in Business Management and a MBA from the London Business School.

Heberson Góes, has a degree in Economics, from the Universidade Federal do Paraná and in Accounting, from the Universidad Tuiuti. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial and management areas, in different auditing and accounting firms. He has been working at CNH Industrial since 2010, holding executive positions in the financial and financial services areas. During 2013, he worked in CNH Industrial financial area in the United States. In 2014 he returned to Brazil to become financial director at CNH Industrial Bank and Financial Services for Latin America. Later on, he was responsible for the Credits and Collection areas in the region.
