Bayton Group, the Argentinean group specialized in human capital solutions, extends its network to Paraguay. With a presence in Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia, the arrival in Paraguay consolidates it as a relevant multi-latin player in the workforce solutions sector.
The Argentinean group defines itself as a specialist in providing value in every interaction between people and organizations, through operational, professional and strategic services in Human Resources.
The company arrived in Paraguay through the acquisition of Humanos S.A, a company managed by Advice Uruguay. The value of the transaction was not reported.
For the Paraguayan market, this means having a company with more than 40 years of experience and good practices acquired from first-rate clients.
