Adecco Peru, branch of the global human resources management company, with over 33,000 employees in 60 countries, announced the appointment of Nelson Montoya as new general manager of Adecco Peru.

Nelson Montoya has over 14 years of experience in the Human Resources area, developed in different countries in Latin America. He has held important positions as Commercial and Operations Director at Adecco Brazil and Peru, and as country manager at Adecco Uruguay.

Montoya has a degree in Administration Sciences from the University of Lima, and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the IEEM Business School of Montevideo, a degree from the Leadership Program of the IMD Business School, Switzerland, and a postgraduate degree in Sales Management from the Technological Institute of Monterrey, Mexico.
