Andrés Gaviría is the new General Manager of the peruvian OPCO of Korn/Ferry International.  Gaviria is Business Administrator from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración of Bogotá and MSC in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Oxford University and HEC Paris. He started his career in Korn/Ferry in 2000 working in Bogotá branch, Colombia. In 2006, he worked in the regional branch of  Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 2007 he developed the Ecuador OPCO as General Manager  His new challenge is consolidate the growth of the firm in the andean country.
