Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd., one of the world’s largest staffing firms, appointed Mark Schultz as corporate executive officer of internal control and legal, general counsel, starting on July 1.

With the hire, Recruit reported that it aims to strengthen the risk management system of its overseas operations and accelerate global development of the business.

Schultz served as executive VP and general counsel since July 2013 at Science Applications International Corp., a $4 billion technology and engineering company. He previously held roles at MWH Global Inc., SRA International Inc. and Raytheon Missile Systems.
