Randstad, the world’s largest staffing firm, announced that it has appointed Jesús Echevarría as CEO of Randstad Spain, Portugal and Latin America.

Echevarría is currently vice president of Randstad Spain and is also current CEO of Randstad Temporal Work and Randstad Inhouse Services in Spain.

He will replace current CEO of Randstad Spain, Portugal and Randstad Latin America Rodrigo Martín.

“Under the leadership of Martín, Randstad Spain has reached the position of market leader in both recommendation and turnover and has transformed both in digitisation and in its portfolio of solutions that now cover all needs in the field of HR,” the company stated.

Randstad added, “Echevarría, who has been a key piece in all the recent evolution of the company, will maintain the firm commitment of the company to the development and implementation of new technologies and to the consolidation of new business lines with customer and employee satisfaction at the center of the business strategy, which has allowed Randstad to become a benchmark company in terms of innovation in human resources.”
